This phantomy ensemble includes a weathered and ragged violet-blue sleeveless swing-top dress with a stylish “torn” fringe hem, a pair of matching faded and old-looking striped-grey pants with long “torn” fringe. The costume also includes 2 belts, a “stained” ragged khaki scarf and 2 black fabric armbands. Teenz Pirate Girl Teen:
